Ocean County College Repertory Theater Company presents "Dancing at Lughnasa"

(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- The Ocean County College Repertory Theater Company presents Dancing at Lughnasa across two weekends from March 13-22, 2026 in the Black Box Theater. This extraordinary play by Brian Friel is the story of five unmarried sisters eking out their lives in a small village in Ireland in 1936.

Algonquin Arts Theatre Announces 2026-27 Broadway Season

(MANASQUAN, NJ) -- Algonquin Arts Theatre has announced it 2026-27 Broadway Season, which begins in July with Shrek: The Musical. The season follows with Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical in August; Oliver! in October; Disney's Frozen in December; Arsenic and Old Lace in January; To Kill a Mockingbird in February; Tootsie: The Musical in April; and 42nd Street in May.

Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey presents a reading of "The Devil's Disciple" by George Bernard Shaw

(MADISON, NJ) -- The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (STNJ) has announced the cast for its upcoming reading of The Devil's Disciple by George Bernard Shaw, presented as part of the theatre's Revolutionary Voices play reading series. The performance will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026 at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre on the campus of Drew University. The reading begins at 7:30pm.

"The Devil & Daisy Dirt" returns to NBPAC - Bigger & Better Than Ever!

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- The Devil is back! That's right, friends, it's time to get Dirty! Again! After their sold-out performance in November, The Devil & Daisy Dirt returns to New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) for five shows from February 20-22, 2026. The MAC Players at the Middletown Arts Center present "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"

(MIDDLETOWN, NJ) -- The MAC Players at the Middletown Arts Center present The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee across three weekends from February 27 to March 8, 2026. The hit play is about an eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime.

MPAC presents A Bronx Tale: A One Man Show starring Chazz Palminteri

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) presents A Bronx Tale: A One Man Show starring Chazz Palminteri on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 7:00pm. Bronx-born and raised, Chazz wrote A Bronx Tale in 1988. The powerful one-man stage play depicted his bruising childhood which included witnessing a gangland killing when he was nine years old.

Kean University Theatre Department presents "Urinetown"

(UNION, NJ) -- Kean University Theatre Department presents Urinetown from February 20-28, 2029 in the Wilkins Theatre. The play takes place in a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets.

American Theater Group presents "My Fair Lady"

(UNION, NJ) -- American Theater Group (ATG) presents My Fair Lady from February 26-March 15, 2026, in venues located in Basking Ridge, Union, and Rahway. Based on George Bernard Shaw's play Pygmalion, My Fair Lady was the recipient of six Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The production is directed by ATG’s Producing Artistic Director James Vagias, with choreography by Victoria Casillo and Musical Direction by Amanda Dee.
