

Founded in 1918, the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine is one of Eastern Europe’s leading orchestras, renowned for its rich tradition and artistic excellence. Over its history, it has collaborated with legendary artists including Artur Rubinstein, Yehudi Menuhin, Plácido Domingo, Isaac Stern, and Mstislav Rostropovich.
The orchestra has championed the music of Ukrainian composers such as Borys Liatoshynskyi and Valentyn Sylvestrov, and has released more than 100 recordings, several receiving international awards and Grammy nominations.
With extensive touring across Europe, Asia, and North America, the orchestra continues to serve as a leading cultural ambassador for Ukraine under the direction of Volodymyr Sirenko.
