Attorney-turned-comedian Jon Bramnick is so funny, it should be a crime. Born and raised in Plainfield, he’s the “Funniest Lawyer in New Jersey” — a legally binding title bestowed by the State Bar Association. When Jon’s not busy working as a trial lawyer at his Scotch Plains personal injury firm, he’s doing stand-up at comedy clubs from New York City to Florida. He also serves as a New Jersey state senator. At this show, you’ll be guilty of laughing all night long.
Eva Ayllón carries her homeland of Peru in her heart and her spectacular songs. Known as the Queen of Landó, she’s been a legend of Afro Peruvian music for over 50 years. In 2019, she won the much-deserved Latin GRAMMY® Lifetime Achievement Award, on top of 10 previous nominations for Best Folk Album. Rising star (and Latin GRAMMY® nominee) Daniela Darcourt will add to the fun with her special flavor of Peruvian salsa. Dance, sing and feel the rhythm of Peru with these two forces of nature!
Coyote Jack mines the fertile field of American roots-derived music that includes country- and folk-rock, rock, blues, and punk. The band blends the best of these influences in original songs with universal themes: the joys and pains of love (The Best of You), favorite junker cars from our youth (One Bad Chevrolet), landmark events that defined generations (1961), and the plain and simple joys of partying (Love Is Love). The band can deliver hard-driving classic barroom music with relentless bass, drums and scorching guitar, then offer equally authentic softer sounds that spotlight chiming piano and sensitive vocals.
