With a book and lyrics by Karen Zacarías (Ella Enchanted) and music by Deborah Wicks La Puma (Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus), this vibrant production runs weekends from February 6–15, 2026. Grand Kyiv Ballet to Perform "Swan Lake" at William Paterson University

(MONTCLAIR, NJ) -- PEAK Performances at Montclair State University presents Camille A. Brown & Dancers' I AM on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Alexander Kasser Theater in Montclair. The show, by five-time Tony-nominated director and choreographer Camille A. Brown (Broadway’s Gypsy and Hell's Kitchen), advances Brown's acclaimed explorations of Black joy, cultural memory and liberation. Showtime is 7:30pm.



Experience 400 Years of Black Women's Magic with Dr. Lindsey Stewart in Virtual Discussion

(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Take part in a virtual discussion featuring author and feminist philosopher Dr. Lindsey Stewart on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2:00pm. Her book, The Conjuring of America: Mojos, Mermaids, Medicine, and 400 Years of Black Women's Magic, tells the stories of Negro Mammies of slavery, the Voodoo Queens and Blues Women of Reconstruction, and the Granny Midwives and textile weavers of the Jim Crow era.



Rialto Spotlight Series Continues with Westfield Native Playwright Marc Acito
