"This is a solo show and now that the post COVID touring world is back, I'm basically on a kind of perpetual tour. I take breaks from it but I'm doing a lot of shows now. I'm doing The Lizzie Rose, I might have a couple of other shows on the East Coast in the same vicinity and we're trying to route it so it's not crazy; I prefer driving to flying but yeah, I'm busy," stated guitarist Stanley Jordan as he talked about his two upcoming March 16 shows at The Lizzie Rose Music Room in Tuckerton, NJ, his upcoming new release, influences and more.  



Jersey City Theater Center presents Theatre, Film and International Music in March

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Jersey City Theater Center has an exciting lineup of four captivating shows taking place throughout the last half of March, showcasing a variety of artistic expressions and cultural influences. The diverse program includes a staged reading of Bipolar Brunch by Molly Kirschner, the film Talks with Myself, the Global Music Series event E.T.E. from Quebec, The Last Hour of Njegos from Montenegro and My Heart's in the Highlands, a play by William Saroyan.

Driving from central New Jersey to the Gallery at Stockton University on a late February day in which the sunshine hinted at spring, I became aware of the changes to the landscape. Trees gave way to tall grasses, the earth seemed sandier, and the Shore was not far away. There were signs for rivers and other bodies of water.
