(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- On July 8, 2026, East Lynne Theater Company welcomed one of the nation's leading African American historians, John Whittington Franklin, for a special post-performance talkback following its presentation of "Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters First 100 Years" at the Clemans Theater for the Arts. The discussion allowed audiences to further explore the historical context and relevance of the acclaimed play through the perspective of one of the nation's leading public historians.

Directed by Lennie Watts with music direction by John Fischer, I Dreamed Last Night is a one woman show with Gloria Bangiola. Son of the legendary singer songwriter, Jim Croce, A.J. purposefully waited thirty years to perform his father's music, only introducing his acclaimed Croce Plays Croce Tour when he felt there was a meaningful way to honor his musical legacy with depth, intention, and musical integrity.

(MANASQUAN, NJ) -- Algonquin Arts Theatre is presenting Shrek: The Musical, from July 11–26, 2026. Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, this fast-paced, laugh-out-loud spectacle brings everyone's favorite green ogre and his unlikely companions to the stage in a colorful adventure celebrating friendship, acceptance, and the importance of being true to yourself.
