Oscar Wilde's Witty Comedy "The Importance of Being Earnest" Comes to The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey

Characterized as a trivial comedy for serious people, "The Importance of Being Earnest" kicks off the 2025 season of The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey at The F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre on the campus of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. The production runs from May 14 through June 1, 2025.

"Well," began Cory Marks with a laugh, "There has been a lot going on with the release of the acoustic track "Sorry For Nothing" and of course, the album just came out in December so, that thing is only a few months old; I'd gone to Nashville for eight days, then went to Toronto for two days of rehearsals before I went to Europe for three weeks. So, it has been hectic and busy and I'm out with Dorothy and that's how I ended up at The Stone Pony." 



New Release Review - "Final Destination Bloodlines"

Watching a Final Destination movie is a lot like being a parent of a toddler for 90 minutes (or 110 minutes, as is the case with this latest instalment). "Don't put that in your mouth." "You'll put your eye out!" "Mind you don't step on that..." The genius of the franchise is that it doesn't have a physical villain. Death itself is the antagonist. Many characters die in the sort of manner that would see them nominated for a Darwin Award but others succumb despite doing their best to avoid trouble. The message is clear: you can't cheat death.
