The New Jersey Youth Symphony, a program of Wharton Arts, proudly presents their Youth Orchestra & Philharmonia, performing works by Berlioz, Tchaikovsky, Bizet, and Sousa.
Wharton Arts is located in Berkeley Heights, New Providence, and Paterson, NJ and reaches nearly 2,000 students from 12 counties. All of Wharton Arts’ extraordinary teaching artists, faculty members, and conductors hold degrees in their teaching specialty and have been vetted and trained to enable our students to achieve their personal best.
Wharton Arts provides award-winning arts education for students of all ages and backgrounds because they believe in the power of music and its impact on individuals and their communities.
Comprised of four core programs: New Jersey Youth Symphony, Paterson Music Project, Performing Arts School, and New Jersey Youth Chorus, Wharton Arts’ mission is to offer accessible, high quality performing arts education that sparks personal growth and builds inclusive communities.
