Since her debut album, 1961’s Maid Of Constant Sorrow, Judy has remained a restlessly creative force with a vibrantly varied artistic palette. Today, she is recognized as a noted author, an Academy Award-nominated documentary director, a Grammy Award-winning recording artist, and a boldly vulnerable storyteller. As prolific and inspired as ever, Judy released her 29^th studio album, Spellbound, on February 4^th, 2022. The 13-song album is her most autobiographical and personal, and it is a special entry in her oeuvre, as it marks the first time ever she wrote all the songs on one of her albums.
