Born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ, Andrew Loffa, better known as DJ Drewski, discovered his passion for the entertainment industry as a teenager. Straight out of high school, he landed an internship with DJ Cipha Sounds, which opened doors to roles at MTV, Sirius XM, and ultimately Hot 97, one of New York City’s most iconic radio stations.
Through determination and by building strong relationships in the music industry, Drewski quickly rose through the ranks. His work as a DJ in the streets and his growing brand landed him opportunities to tour with mainstream artists, host television shows, and even feature on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: New York, earning him recognition as both a DJ and media personality.
A visionary entrepreneur, Drewski founded The MVMT, a radio and digital platform dedicated to discovering and breaking new recording artists. He was instrumental in introducing the world to artists like A Boogie, Pop Smoke, Lil Tjay, Ice Spice, and more.
Don’t miss DJ Drewski right outside UCPAC’s Main Stage on Irving Street for the Mayor’s Summer Concert Series! Bring a chair and come early for the best view. Our beer garden in Rahway Arts Park will be open, and our Café will have water, soda, cocktails, and snacks available for purchase.
In the event of inclement weather, this event will move inside UCPAC’s Main Stage.
