We just finished a European tour of two weeks and we're getting into the American tour of three weeks and I have exactly two days off," laughed the very talented Ana Popovic. "I know it's weird but we are working hard now because the new record is coming out so; we've really had a good beginning of the year and ready to get into summer months."




 

The Smooth Cruise Is Back!

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Smooth Jazz New York with Smooth Jazz New Jersey present Jonathan Butler and Gerald Albright on The Smooth Cruise on June 22, 2023. The cruise sails from Pier 40 (Westside Hwy. and Houston Street) in New York, NY. Boarding is at 6:30pm; the cruise departs at 7:30pm. There is a buffet and cash bar available on board.

Jimmy Webb Presents His Tribute to Glen Campbell on May 7 at The Vogel in Red Bank

With songs like "Up, Up and Away” and "MacArthur Park,” Jimmy Webb has proven himself to be one of the greatest American songwriters of the past half-century. Some of his most memorable songs, however — "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "Galveston,” "Wichita Lineman,” and more — have come about as a result of his musical affiliation with legendary singer Glen Campbell.

Cheryl Boga has been Conductor and Director of Performance Music at the University of Scranton for more than 40 years. Predictably, her son, Joe Boga, was exposed to music at an early age. "My mom started me on violin," he recalled, "and I didn’t want to do it. I kept begging to quit, and eventually she let me do it but insisted I couldn't quit music altogether."
