THIS EVENT HAS PASSED

Join Michaelina Petti and Coyote Jack as they share the stage to celebrate their respective album releases!

The first act of the night features Michaelina Petti performing the entirety of her recent album release, ‘Witherspoon Avenue,’ out now, accompanied by her band (oftentimes otherwise known as The Pettis) - Neal Petti on lead guitar, Gianni Petti on bass, John Cancellieri on drums. Michaelina’s debut album, ‘Witherspoon Avenue,’ is dedicated to exploring the temporal nature of all things. “From our hardships, to the joys of living, to our relationships and even to the contemplation of suffering, every facet of our life remains temporary,” Michaelina observes. This lyrically and instrumentally developed expression is something to be understood amongst all beings, and Michaelina remarks on how excited she is to begin this journey, to vocalize this message and for people to feel a sense of connectedness through sonic experimentation and reflection.

The second act of the evening features Coyote Jack performing a variety of their songs with an emphasis on their most recent album, ‘Remember This,’ out now. Performing this evening; On vocals and guitar we have John Hastings and Barbara Lin, Johnny Burrus on lead guitar, George Summer on bass, Alan Sigman on keys and lastly Mark Eddinger on percussion. ‘Remember This’ is pleasantly reminiscent of a classic 70s Californian sound, crossing over with a southern country sound. This album supports enjoyable listening and good vibes, just in time for the summer. John Hastings remarks how some of these songs have been years in the making, some as long as 20 years! Inspired by experiences life has given them and the relationships they share, Barbara Lin encourages their listeners to step outside of themselves to see life through different perspectives. Coyote Jack is looking forward to performing and connecting with people through this new addition to their discography.

Join Michaelina Petti and Coyote Jack on May 15th for their joint Album Release party! They cannot wait to share the evening with you and they thank you greatly for your support.

Rock On! This Week's Sound Bites... 07/09/2026

"Very well; and you? We're hoping you can come to The Lizzie Rose on Friday July 31; come as our guest, come enjoy the racket, it's a wonderful room to play," laughed the always jovial Conrad Warre of the Boston based blues/rock band Bees Deluxe as he discussed that upcoming Tuckerton show, their stop at Jamey's House of Music, their upcoming new record, the International Blues Challenge and more.

Frank Hanavan: "Natural & Plus"

Frank Hanavan's Hoboken is wet. In his streetscapes, surfaces glisten. The sky is rarely glowering, but it does seem full; ready to have something to say, or wrapping up something that it is busy saying. The canopy of foliage that hangs over the streetcorners feels saturated with moisture. Even the shadows on the sidewalk are puddle blue. Businesses have their umbrellas open. A few people do, too.
