THIS EVENT HAS PASSED

Experience the magic of the National Ballet of Ukraine, one of the world’s top ballet companies and the country’s official ballet company, on their premiere tour of the United States, first time in over 30 years since the dissolution of the USSR. Straight from the historic Kyiv National Opera House, these world-class dancers will captivate you with a stunning program featuring timeless classics, including "The Dying Swan," "Don Quixote," and "Giselle." The program tells stories of love, loss, and triumph, leaving you mesmerized by the company’s unparalleled grace and strength. Prepare to be swept away as the dancers defy gravity, their bodies soaring high above the stage with dance movements filled with intensity, emotion and perfect harmony.

The spectacular Ukrainian Shumka Dancers (Shumka) are joining the tour, thrilling audiences with their powerful traditional music, jaw-droppingly athletic choreography, and colorful historic costumes. Shumka brings beloved folk dances to life with an energy and vibrancy that pulses through the theatre, earning them a worldwide reputation as one of the finest Ukrainian folk ensembles.

In a first-of-its-kind experience, prepare to be immersed in a breathtaking fusion of dance and technology as the 44 incredible artists perform in front of a massive cutting-edge 3D LED screen with groundbreaking technology that makes the audience feel as if they are traveling onto the stage and become one with the spectacular scenery. This revolutionary backdrop brings the beauty and spirit of Ukraine to life. A celebration of Ukrainian culture and resilience, where each leap, spin, and lift symbolize the indomitable spirit of a nation.

The tour also serves a greater purpose: supporting the war-torn nation of Ukraine as it courageously faces the ongoing Russian invasion. Portions of the proceeds from the tour—from ticket purchases, merchandise, and individual donations—will benefit HUMANITE, an organization dedicated to restoring and improving the lives of Ukrainian families affected by the war.

Join us for a night of passion, hope, and the tireless spirit of Ukraine as the National Ballet of Ukraine and Shumka Dancers bring their extraordinary talent and heart to the stage. Let their artistry lift your spirit, inspire your soul, and remind you of the power of art in the face of adversity.
