And now, Nektar is poised to hit the road once again, bringing their legendary live experience to eager audiences across America’s Northeast and Midwest this June, with additional dates slated for the end of August 2024. But that’s not all – the grand finale of the culmination of this summer tour awaits at the Nene Valley Rock Festival in Grimsthorpe, UK, this September, promising a climax of cosmic proportions.

Dubbed the “Mission to Mars” Tour, this eagerly anticipated journey marks Nektar’s triumphant return to the stage, featuring a stellar lineup of fan-favorite “album sides” from their illustrious catalogue. From timeless classics like “A Tab in the Ocean”, “Remember the Future”, “Recycled” and “Sounds Like This” to the groundbreaking sounds of their 2020 acclaimed release of “The Other Side”, every performance is a testament to the band’s enduring legacy. And let’s not forget the latest addition to their sonic arsenal – the hotly anticipated new album, “Mission to Mars,” set to launch audiences into uncharted territory.

And speaking of magic, prepare to be amazed by the visual spectacle that accompanies every Nektar performance. With the passing of the torch from the legendary Mick Brockett, who has retired, to the dynamic Jay Petsko, the band’s light show has undergone a digital revolution, promising an even more immersive experience for fans old and new. And in a poignant tribute to the late Ron Howden, Nektar welcomes Jay Dittamo on drums, handpicked by the maestro himself. It is a testament to the band’s enduring spirit and unwavering dedication to their craft.

For those that are hungry for a taste of exclusive merchandise from their merch table, the band will be offering up their live CD/Blu Ray album, “Journey to The Other Side” and an incredibly special Limited-Edition Pre-Release of their new album, “Mission To Mars.” It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the magic of Nektar in its purest form.

From their roots in Germany to the pinnacle of international fame, Nektar has remained true to their vision, remaining steadfast, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in music. With a lineup featuring original member Derek ‘Mo’ Moore (bass guitar, vocals), alongside powerhouse talents, alumni member, Ryche Chlanda (guitars, vocals), Kendall Scott (keyboards, synths), Jay Dittamo (drums, percussion) and Maryann Castello (background vocals), the band continues to captivate audiences with their unmatched charisma and boundless creativity.
