William Paterson University - Shea Center for Performing Arts
300 Pompton Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470

New York City based pianist, vocalist, composer, and educator Kelly Green brings her heartfelt, luminous, and swinging music to the stage at Shea Center with her Seems Quartet, named after the latest release of her working group of Evan Hyde, Luca Soul Rosenfeld, and Elijah J. Thomas. Green has headlined at prestigious venues worldwide, including The Kennedy Center, Dizzy's Jazz Club NYC, and the DC Jazz Festival. She has released three critically acclaimed albums which include collaborations with Christian McBride, Steve Nelson, and Josh Evans. A graduate of WP’s Master of Music program where she was mentored by jazz greats Harold Mabern and Mulgrew Miller, Kelly is dedicated to exploring concepts of spirituality and mental well-being; she seeks to inspire unity among diverse communities and promote awareness and action for the regeneration of our Mother Earth. This promises to be a moving and joy-filled musical event!
