Music Mountain Theatre presents "Tuck Everlasting"

Based on the children’s novel by Natalie Babbitt, Tuck Everlasting is a new musical about love, family, and living life to the fullest.

What would you do if you had all eternity? 

Tuck Everlasting is an inspiring tale about eleven-year-old Winnie Foster who yearns for a life of adventure beyond her white picket fence, but not until she becomes unexpectedly entwined with the Tuck Family does she get more than she could have imagined. When Winnie discovers the magical secret that the Tuck family can live forever, she must fight to protect their secret from those who would do anything for a chance at eternal life. As her adventure unfolds, Winnie faces an extraordinary choice: return to her life or continue with the Tucks on their infinite journey.

The musical features a Book by Claudia Shear and Tim Federle; Music by Chris Miller; and Lyrics by Nathan Tyson.

Performances take place Fridays at 8:00pm; Saturdays at 3:00pm & 8:00pm; and Sundays at 3:00pm.  Tickets are available for purchase online.  Check out MMT Group pricing for groups of 15 or more.

Music Mountain Theatre is located at 1483 RT 179 in Lambertville, New Jersey. MMT is recognized as the community leader in theatrical entertainment and arts education in a welcoming, inclusive environment.  MMT is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable entertainment and education for all in our extended community through study, performance, and appreciation of the arts.

The play was inspired by the history and legacy of The James Howe House, the first home owned by a formerly enslaved person in Montclair. The project was conceived and is directed by Ari Laura Keith.
