McCarter returns to the Princeton Public Library with its virtual play series Bard at the Gate for an in-person community “watch party” screening of Wings of Night Sky, Wings of Morning Light, a blending of storytelling, music, movement, and poetic language, in a performance by the Playwright and Poet Laureate Joy Harjo.
Wings of Night Sky, Wings of Morning Light blends storytelling, music, movement, and poetic language—a healing ceremony that chronicles the challenges young protagonist Redbird faces on her path to healing and self-determination.
