PURPLE SWANS PRESENTS DANCING INTO THE DAWN

By popular request, Purple Swans is coming to Mayo Performing Arts Center this fall after their highly praised performance of “Dancing under the Harvest Moon” Song-and-Dance Charity Gala in 2019, which raised $11,684 for Mental Health Association in New Jersey and dedicated to Youth Mental Health First Aid. Purple Swans’ brand new show integrates Chinese indigenous and classical dances with dance traditions from other parts of the world. Audiences will experience a grand celebration of various Chinese ethnic cultures and value as well as the Chinese American singers’ and dancers’ vocal and choreographic interpretation to eastern and western performing arts.

Purple Swans Corporation is a 501(c)(3) New Jersey non-profit organization with a mission to integrate Chinese and American performing arts, while using our platform to make a positive impact on our communities. All net proceeds from this show will be donated to charity.
