Wristbands for the event are $20 per adult, $10 for children 2-13, and free for children under 2. A family 4-pack (2 adults, 2 children) is $40. A wristband gets you into both days of the event, one admission into the zoo, and a box of popcorn to feed the animals. Also included in the event is: live music over the span of both days and fun family activities in the picnic grove area.
Even with the help of the facility, there are plenty of pets that still need homes. The Popcorn Park Zoo offers a great place for these pets to live and a caring staff but is no replacement for a loving family. Rock 2 Adopt seeks to find such homes. During the event, adoption costs for a cat will only be $40. Adoption costs for a dog are reduced 25%. Anyone who places an application to adopt a pet during the event will get one free wristband to attend.
