ADVERTISING

A Complete Marketing Solution!

New Jersey Stage has one of the largest audiences for arts & entertainment news and has positioned itself well with search engines and A.I. from over 35,000 articles published since 2014.

The site was created by Gary Wien, a person with two decades of experience covering the arts as a writer and in public relations. His goal was to build a site with a large, locally based audience and advertising rates that everyone can afford. New Jersey Stage isn't an website for arts criticism, it's a site for the masses - one designed to promote shows and events.

With New Jersey Stage, you get a mix of advertising, event pages, and enhanced editorial. It’s like adding another marketing department! We can even create ads for you if you do not have a graphic designer.

Whatever you’re looking to promote, we can help. Click for more information on each.

  • In 2023, New Jersey Stage began publishing an Events of the Week column every Tuesday. Within a year, the column began regularly appearing as one of our top 5 most read articles of the week. In 2025, we decided to build the site around the event calendar and weekly column. We designed a plan to rotate through venues and theaters across the state to create original event previews. This allows us to maintain a balance of coverage within the various arts genres and regions of New Jersey. It has also led to an increase in traffic to the website.

We’ve always seen ourselves as a partner to the arts and this new setup is built around that concept. We believe that by working with arts organizations, we can create a website that will benefit the arts scene as a whole. For a minimal investment, you get everything promoted and help build a strong arts ecosystem.

Advertisers get first priority for press releases and our goal is to keep our advertisers in the news each week. Non-advertisers will be part of our monthly plan and receive one article per month.

For as little as $50 per month, you will get all of your releases published, a banner ad, and event pages for all events that take place in the month.

If you set up a monthly subscription or pre-pay for the year, you’ll have every event for the year run in the New Jersey Stage event calendar and maintained by us each week.

Under the new setup, everyone still gets covered, but those who work with us will get much more exposure. When you consider the audience and the cost, we think it’s a great deal for both.

Let us help you sell tickets and awareness to your shows!

From emotional voiceovers that evoke shared experience and connection, to characters whose personality is so clearly depicted they seem to be jumping out of the screen "Pierre West" is a short film that balances heartbreak, hope and love as perfectly tripodal as it could.

The couple each tote prolific careers.

Art doc Cathy & Harry screens at the New Jersey Film Festival on Sunday, September 28!

    by Morgan Kalmbach
    published 2025-09-25

In their documentary film, Cathy & Harry, Marta Renzi and Daniel Wolff present the works and uniquely dynamic personalities of Catherine Murphy and Harry Roseman, two award-winning, notable artists, as well as a married couple. The film centers on Murphy and Roseman, while showcasing their artworks and stories as well as their relationship to one another and their views on life, each other, and the world around them. The film is unique in its less formal approach, taking its time to connect with the characters and enter their world, rather than them telling us who they are. This, alongside the inclusions of art and unique locations, cement Cathy & Harry as a poignant portrayal of two artists who seek to question, create, and connect.
