Get ready to be part of an extraordinary theatrical experience. PHP, Arts & Entertainment presents It’s a Family Affair—a play like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉
After forty years of fighting fires, JT figured retirement would mean kicking back and enjoying the quiet. Instead, his wife has a secret and eats anything not nailed down, his adult kids are around the house like it's a three-ring circus, and the only one not surprising is his eccentric neighbor who brews moonshine in her yard.
JT spent his career saving families from fires. Now, the biggest blaze is under his own roof—and everybody in the house is holding a match. 🔥
The cast includes Andre Minkins (JT), Donna Glaesener (Meema), Jean Charles (Jon J), Kayann Richards (Connie), Byron Brown (Shnuka), and Keora Barkley (Sista).
The production team includes Andrea Clinton (Writer, Director, Producer), Kelela Blake (Stage Manager), and Alex Poage (Assistant Producer/Assistant Stage Manager).
The production is presented by People Helping People, Arts & Entertainment (PHP A&E), a New Jersey-based nonprofit arts organization committed to producing quality entertainment while creating opportunities for artists, technicians, and emerging entertainment professionals through mentorship and on-the-job training.
