(NEWTON, NJ) -- The Big Apple Comedy Club returns to The Newton Theatre on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at 8:00pm. This laugh-packed night features four, hilarious comedians coming to the stage for one epic night. Don't miss Olga Namer, Jeff Norris, Nick Telleli and Ruperto Vanderpool.
Olga Namer is a New York based stand-up comedian and actress. Born in Brooklyn and raised in an orthodox Jewish home, Olga was married by 17 and divorced by 20 (it’s a long story - come see her perform!). Inspired by Sarah Silverman and Larry David, Olga brings her unique point of view of life to her comedy that has been described as “funny, honest, authentic, and sarcastic.”
Olga performs regularly in clubs around New York including Gotham Comedy Club, Stand Up NY, Governor's Comedy Club, The Stand and The Comic Strip. Olga is a Winner of The Ladies of Laughter competition and has toured with Chelsea Handler. Olga has been featured in several articles including Newsday, L’Etage Magazine and The Interrobang. Olga was also featured in the book Mastering Stand-Up. Most recently. Olga taped Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen.
Jeff Norris has wowed audiences all over the world at A-list venues like The Riviera and Tropicana in Las Vegas, The Borgata in Atlantic City and The Gotham Comedy Club in NYC for over 30 years. He was recently named as Top Comedian for Royal Caribbean Cruises.
"Jeff is one of the funniest guys doing comedy today; he's original and hip", says Joe Piscopo, who featured him for four months at his own club at Resorts in Atlantic City.
Jeff's television and film credits include HBO's "Oz" and "Boardwalk Empire" "My Super Ex Girlfriend" and "Anger Management" and his own special on Dry Bar Comedy "My Funny Journey."
Nick Tilleli is a comedian known for his dry wit, dark humor, and sharp takes on marriage, relationships, family, and everyday life. A regular at clubs including New York Comedy Club, The Comic Strip, High Line Comedy Club and Bushwick Comedy Club. Nick also performs at clubs and venues across the country. He has appeared on Comedy U and Don’t Tell Comedy.
Dominican native New Yorker Ruperto Vanderpool is a natural comedian with an international appeal and flair. He has appeared on Martin Lawrence Presents The 1st Amendment Stand Up on The STARZ Network, BET's Comic View, It's ShowTime at the Apollo, Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, SiTV's Latino 101 and was personally selected by P. Diddy to be the only Hispanic to perform for HBO Bad Boys of Comedy Season 2. He currently tours theaters with SNL alum and superstar Tracy Morgan.
