Independent Producer/Writer Karen Morris has announced that The Rat Pack Music Alliance website has been renamed, The Swingin' Music Alliance.
Ms. Morris, founder of the former Rat Pack site, will be expanding the focus of The Swingin' Music Alliance website to include more features about a variety of legendary musical icons, from Frank Sinatra to Tony Bennett to Ella Fitzgerald, as well as other swingin' artists who are associated with the song stylings of The Great American Songbook.
Published articles that were posted previously on The Rat Pack Music Alliance will remain available on The Swingin' Music Alliance site. Interviews and portraits of notable personalities, including (the late) comedian Tom Dreesen, actress Barbara Feldon, impressionist Marilyn Michaels, producer Mel Brooks, actor Joe Pesci, and many more, are listed on the website sidebar.
Recently, Ms. Morris presented a successful theatrical celebration concert event honoring the marvelous arranger, Nelson Riddle, and his collaboration with Frank Sinatra, as well as commemorating the 70th anniversary of The Sounds of Sinatra with Sid Mark.
Upcoming Swingin' Music Alliance projects are in the works, including a swingin' 2027 concert as a tribute to composer Jimmy Van Heusen.
The Rat Pack Music Alliance YouTube channel has also been renamed to The Swingin' Music Alliance YouTube channel.
