(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Asbury Underground returns on June 27, 2026 as part of the North to Shore Festival and there's a terrific lineup of artists again. Performances take place at venues throughout Asbury Park.

Asbury Underground is an art and music crawl in Asbury Park. It showcases the creative talents of local artists and musicians. This unique celebration features a diverse array of visual art, performance art, and live music, fostering community engagement and supporting the local creative scene. Participants can explore art installations, gallery exhibitions, and live performances across various venues, all set against the rich cultural backdrop of Asbury Park.

This is a great opportunity to see why many have considered Asbury Park to be New Jersey's music mecca for years.  The lineup includes everything from new acts to local legends and national acts.  It's the closest thing we have to the old Wave Festival, which ran for a couple of years and is remembered fondly by all who were there.

If you want to just park yourself in one location and see a ton of great artists, go to the Joe Harvard Memorial gARTen Stage at Parlor Gallery.  The lineup includes May Darlings (12:15pm), Jo Wymer (1:15pm), Amanda Duncan (2:15pm), Dub Proof (3:15pm), Puppy Grease (4:15pm), Rick Barry (5:15pm) with special appearances by Xylophone of Wrench throughout the day.

Some of our favorites include Arlan Feiles (1:00pm at Art629 Gallery), Lou Montesano from Status Green (1:30pm @ Luxe & Shadows Atrium), Mike Montrey Band (1:45pm at Asbury Park Brewery), Williams Honor (2:00pm at Art629 Gallery), Val Emmich (3:15pm at Motion City Media), Pam Flores (4:00pm at Sanctum Handmade), Ryan Gregg (4:20pm at Lola's European Café), Geenetica (4:30pm at The Showroom), Desiree Spinks (5:00pm at Art629 Gallery), Emerson Woolf (6:15pm at Motion City Media), and Pete Scherer from Mr. Reality / Highway 9(6:30pm at Asbury Book Co-op).
