Terry Reid first came to the public's attention back in 1965 when he was asked to be the opening act for the Rolling Stones on their UK Tour. Subsequent tour openers for Cream, Savoy Brown, Fleetwood Mac, Rory Gallagher, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix further enhanced Terry's reputation as one of the most powerful and soulful voices in the British music scene. Jimmy Page even asked Terry to form a band, which with Terry's help became Led Zeppelin. Terry had to turn down the offer from Page as he had already signed a contract to tour the states once again with the Rolling Stones (Ya-Ya's Tour 1968). Terry recommended both Plant and Bonham for the gig, and the rest is history. Terry Reid has released six studio albums and two live albums over the course of his 50-year star crossed career, as well as performing thousands of gigs throughout UK/Europe, US, and the Orient.
