Join us for Laughs in the Loft, a monthly series featuring stand-up comics from our own backyard, Brooklyn and beyond. You never know who might drop in!

John Moses: A truly international act, John Moses has performed all over the world. In 2017 John was a finalist at the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival in Atlanta and is a favorite at festivals all over including; The Boston Comedy Festival; The Asheville Comedy Festival; The Cottage Country Comedy Festival; and the Dark Comedy Festival in Toronto. He has been seen on Comedy Central, Gotham Comedy Live and the 2017 film Blue.

Alex Babbitt: Brooklyn native, Alex Babbitt is a rising star in the Comedy scene. Alex started at the ripe age of 16 and has now become one of the funniest and most charismatic comedians in the country. He’s been seen on HBO’s All Def Comedy, BET’s show Off the Ropes, and Behind the MIC.

Kate Nichols: Local SOMA comedian, Kate Nichols has been seen on A&E’s Bae or Bail, and has performed an impressive 3 years in a row at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Moe Yaqub: Originally from Pakistan, Moe Yaqub brings a unique voice to stand-up comedy. He has been seen on Comedy Central, and won the “Funniest Person in the Twin Cities” comedy competition.

Intended for mature audiences. Recommended for ages 18 and up.
