Battle with Breast Cancer Leads Stockton's Coach to Schedule "Think Pink" Game on February 3rd

(GALLOWAY, NJ) -- The Stockton University women's basketball team will host its "Think Pink" game on Saturday, February 3 to celebrate breast cancer survivors and continue to bring awareness and raise money for breast cancer research. The Ospreys will host Montclair State University at 3:00pm in the Sports Center.



RVCC Holocaust Institute presents a Staged Reading of Play Based on Experiences of Anne Frank, Martin Luther King, Jr.

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- The Institute of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Raritan Valley Community College will present a staged performance of Letters from Anne and Martin, Monday, February 26 at 10:00am. The event, which is free of charge and open to the public, will be held in the Nash Theatre at the College's Branchburg campus. The performance may be attended in-person or watched virtually.

Lance Bryant Trio to Celebrate Black History Month at Jersey Jazz LIVE! Concert in Madison

Tenor saxophonist, arranger, and educator Lance Bryant moved to New York City in the mid-1980s after studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston. In 1990, Bryant began a decade-long relationship with the Lionel Hampton Orchestra, eventually becoming the band's Musical Director and Principal Arranger.

Paterson Performing Arts Development Council Welcomes Poet Laureate Susan Justiniano As Its Newest Playwright-In-Residence

(PATERSON, NJ) -- The Paterson Performing Arts Development Council (PPADC) has announced its 2024 Playwright-In-Residence is Susan Justiniano, also better known as RescuePoetix, who is the 2022-2024 state of New Jersey Beat Poet Laureate. Her dramatic play, By the Light of the Ghetto Moon, will be the centerstage play of PPADC's Annual Hamilton Arts Festival (HAF). Now in its fourth season, the festival runs June 13–22, 2024 and features a series of events including theatrical productions and film screenings.

MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Classic American Tales' presents Tales at the Dormer House every Thursday

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- From June 4 through October 15, 2026 (except for July 2), Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents Tales at the Dormer House in which guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories written by noteworthy authors, read by a variety of performers. The schedule is 4:00pm every Thursday at the historic Dormer House Bed and Breakfast (800 Columbia Avenue) in Cape May, NJ. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.
