Garden of Laughs Returns March 27th with All-Star Lineup

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: MSGE) ("MSG Entertainment") and the Garden of Dreams Foundation announced the return of Garden of Laughs to The Theater at Madison Square Garden on March 27, 2024 at 8:00pm. This year's show, hosted by Steve Schirripa, will include sets by the biggest names in comedy: Bill Burr, Michael Che, Chris Distefano, Jim Gaffigan, Heather McMahan, Sam Morril and Jon Stewart. Garden of Laughs is an all-star comedy benefit that has raised more than $6 million for the Foundation.



FuriousBall featuring Van Kapeghian to Release "Fixt"

(MEDFORD LAKES, NJ) -- Van Kapeghian is one of New Jersey's premiere jack-of-all-trades artists. From playing post-rock surf jams in Camino Sound to serving up roots rock gems as a member of The Fondaleros, you never know what sounds he might be cooking up next. FuriousBall, his main gig, finds Kapeghian forging his own unique brand of psych-infused alternative rock, while flexing his impressive songwriting chops. His new album, Fixt, will be released on April 5, 2024.

New Noyes Galleries Exhibit in Hammonton Focuses on Planet's Ecological Future

(HAMMONTON, NJ) -- Four artists concerned about the ecological future of the country and the planet have pooled their artwork together for a new exhibit at the Noyes Galleries at Stockton University's Kramer Hall. The group exhibit, titled "Our House is on Fire," features the work of Princeton's Judy Brodsky and three artists from Pennsylvania — Linda Dubin Garfield, of Bala Cynwyd; Pamela Tudor, of Philadelphia; and Elsa Wachs, of Wynnewood. The free exhibit will run from February 14 to May 17.



Princeton University Art Museum Appoints Shara Pollie as Senior Associate Director for Museum Development

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Shara Pollie has been named senior associate director for Museum development at the Princeton University Art Museum. With more than twenty years of non-profit leadership, Pollie joins the Museum from the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, where she served first as senior director of development and then as executive vice president. She began her new position at Princeton on February 12, 2024.



The Lizzie Rose Music Room presents Mike Zito

(TUCKERTON, NJ) -- Gulf Coast Records multi-Blues Music Award-winner Mike Zito is set to release his new album, Life Is Hard, on February 23, with a tour to follow in March. The Life is Hard tour stops in Tuckerton, where the Mike Zito Band will be playing at Lizzie Rose Music Room on Tuesday, March 5 (with Regina Bonelli) and Wednesday, March 6 (with Bees Deluxe). Both shows begin at 7:30pm.



Danny Coleman's Rock On Radio Show to Celebrate 15th Anniversary at Salty's Beach Bar

(LAKE COMO, NJ) -- Danny Coleman's Rock On Radio will celebrate 15 years of covering the music scene with a "15th Anniversary Celebration Bash" on April 28, 2024 at Salty's Beach Bar (1705 Main Street) in Lake Como, NJ from 1:00pm-6:00pm. The night will include performances by Radio Fiction, The Williamsboy, Dave Vargo, Jerry Monk, Helen O’Shea and Friends, Jump Back and more. MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Classic American Tales' presents Tales at the Dormer House every Thursday

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- From June 4 through October 15, 2026 (except for July 2), Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents Tales at the Dormer House in which guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories written by noteworthy authors, read by a variety of performers. The schedule is 4:00pm every Thursday at the historic Dormer House Bed and Breakfast (800 Columbia Avenue) in Cape May, NJ. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.
