Michael Sorvino and Heather Brittain O'Scanlon cast in Feature Film, "Big Enzo’s Wedding"

Michael Sorvino (Almost Paris – 2016 Tribeca Film Festival Official Selection, Once Upon A Time in Queens, Spike Lee’s Summer of Sam, Lifetime’s Human Trafficking) and Heather Brittain O’Scanlon (Victim No. 6, Blue Bloods) have signed on for the family dramedy Big Enzo’s Wedding, to be directed by Francesco Nuzzi (Star Crossed Lovers). Sorvino, the latest actor to join the cast, will also be coming on board as one of the film’s producers.

West Windsor Arts presents a homecoming concert by Avi Wisnia

(PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ) -- West Windsor Arts is welcoming back singer-songwriter Avi Wisnia for a special night of soulful music and intimate storytelling. The concert will be a homecoming for the award-winning musician, who has strong and sentimental ties to the West Windsor community. It was at the art center that Wisnia, whose music is an eclectic blend of 1950s West Coast jazz, acoustic American folk, Brazilian bossa nova and contemporary piano pop, performed a decade ago upon the release of his debut album, Something New.








RVCC Holocaust Institute to Host Online Book Discussion Group

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- Raritan Valley Community College’s Institute of Holocaust and Genocide Studies will launch a new, online book discussion group, “Books for Change,” on November 11th.

(WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- As this week marks the 10th Anniversary of Superstorm Sandy’s landfall, Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon has announced the premiere of The Jersey Storm: Sandy in Monmouth County film will take place this Friday, October 28 at 1:30pm at the Pollak Theater at Monmouth University and is open to the public to attend. The 20-minute historical documentary will be presented as part of Monmouth University’s Superstorm Sandy Anniversary events.



Princeton's Day of the Dead festival returns November 5th

Rob Asaro's "Lost Again" to Have Limited Run at The Tank

(NEW YORK, NY) -- An unlikely pair travel cross-country in the new play Lost Again. The limited run plays November 2-16 at The Tank in New York City. The production is directed by Jay Michaels. Morris County, NJ native Rob Asaro wrote the play.

(DOVER, NJ) -- The smash hit The Play That Goes Wrong is being presented by Dover Little Theatre (DLT) across three weekends (November 4-6, 11-13, and 18-19). This hilarious play is co-directed by Larry and Ruthanne Pelham.  The Play That Goes Wrong introduces us to the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society, an amateur theatre troupe which puts on a new production each year. PBS' Independent Lens Launches 20th Season of Free Pop-Up Screening Series in Teaneck and Nationwide

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum. The season kicks-off on February 4, 2026 with The Librarians and continues through May. The series is free for all but sign up is required.
