NJPAC Continues Free Monthly Jazz Jams at Clement's Place

(NEWARK, NJ) -- Co-presented by NJPAC’s Jazz Advisory Committee and Rutgers RU_N’s Institute for Jazz Studies, Jazz Jams at Clement’s Place is a monthly Jazz Jams Session concert series (September 2022-June 2023) featuring top-flight New Jersey musicians directed by pianist and bandleader, James Austin, Jr. T. Audience members immerse themselves in the relaxing sounds of jazz music that stimulate the player’s and listeners’ minds.



Centenary Stage Company's Young Performers Workshop presents "Stop the World – I Want to Get Off"

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Centenary Stage Company’s Young Performers Workshop will be presenting their 2022 Winter Festival of Shows from December 16 through 18. Performances will take place in the Little Theatre located in the Seay building of the Centenary University campus at 400 Jefferson Street, Hackettstown, NJ. This year, the young performers will be presenting Stop the World – I Want to Get Off. 



Two River Celebrates 10 Years of A Little Shakespeare Program with "Romeo and Juliet"

(RED BANK, NJ) -- Two River Theater celebrates the tenth season of one of its most popular programs, A Little Shakespeare, with one of William Shakespeare’s most iconic plays, Romeo and Juliet. This production asks the question, “What if Romeo and Juliet were not the first Montague and Capulet to fall in love?” This fresh adaptation by Diana M. Fathi explores the audacity of a new generation to defy an inherited family feud. A Little Shakespeare: Romeo and Juliet will run December 2 - 11, 2022 as a 75-minute abridged version performed and supported backstage by local high school students and directed and designed by theater professionals.



RVCC Students to Perform a Pair of Concerts

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- Raritan Valley Community College’s Arts & Design department will present two Music Students Recitals. An “Evening of Songs” will be held Wednesday, November 30 at 7:00pm featuring students in the vocal studio of Dr. Will Berman, and a second concert showcasing RVCC instrumental performers will be presented on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00pm.








Ramapo College of New Jersey Featured in Season 6 of The College Tour Now on Amazon Prime Video

(MAHWAH, NJ) -- Ramapo College of New Jersey is featured in Season 6 of The College Tour, an innovative series from Emmy-nominated producers Alex Boylan, Lisa Hennessy, and Burton Roberts, which is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Hosted by The Amazing Race winner Alex Boylan, The College Tour travels the country telling the story of each college and university through the diverse lens of its students, giving the viewer an intimate portrayal of life on campus. Inspiring and motivating, the show serves as a vehicle to help students across the world to connect with higher education, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future without having to travel anywhere!



New Jersey Theatre Alliance Coordinates with 24 Arts Service Organizations to Collectively Make a Statement of Support for Nataki Garrett, Artistic Director of Oregon Shakespeare Festival

New Jersey Theatre Alliance, one of the state’s largest arts service organizations, along with a coalition of members of the Association of Performing Arts Service Organizations across the United States and Canada, has released a statement of support and solidarity for Nataki Garrett, Artistic Director of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.



Princeton Girlchoir to Hold Benefit Concert for Children in Ukraine on November 19th

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton Girlchoir will host its 15th annual Children Making a Difference benefit concert at Princeton’s beautiful Nassau Presbyterian Church on November 19 at 7:00pm. This year, these young musicians have chosen to give the proceeds of their concert to support children affected by the war in Ukraine through a donation to the Ukrainian Federation of America (UFA).



Artist Catherine LeCleire to Display "Nature at Its Best" at Ocean County Library Barnegat Branch

(BARNEGAT, NJ) -- The Ocean County Library Barnegat Branch presents Catherine LeCleire’s intriguing interpretations of the great outdoors, “Nature at Its Best,” November 11 through December 31.  The silkscreen specialist has exhibited throughout the world. Her works reside at William Paterson University, Lafayette College, Printmaking Center of New Jersey, Brooklyn Museum, West Virginia’s Huntington Museum of Art, and Baku Museum in Azerbaijan. 



MPAC presents Mannheim Streamroller Christmas by Chip Davis on December 3rd

PBS' Independent Lens Launches 20th Season of Free Pop-Up Screening Series in Teaneck and Nationwide

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum. The season kicks-off on February 4, 2026 with The Librarians and continues through May. The series is free for all but sign up is required.

State Theatre New Jersey presents The Sound Studio Series 2026
