(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey announces a special Christmas in July Sale from July 11-31, 2025. During the State Theatre's Christmas in July Sale, tickets for just-added holiday shows are 20% off with promo code MERRY20. Tickets can be purchased online with the promo code or when calling Guest Services at 732-246-SHOW(7469).
The holidays will be brighter than ever for State Theatre New Jersey’s 2025 Season, bringing families and friends together to experience the power of live performance.
The holiday shows that were just added to the State Theatre 2025 lineup and are part of the Christmas in July Sale include A Charlie Brown Christmas Live on Stage on November 29; Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Chip Davis on December 6; Engelbert Humperdinck: A Winter World of Love on December 9; the Friday, November 14th and Sunday evening, November 16th performances of ELF The Musical; Cirque Dreams Holidaze on December 12-13; The Nutcracker with American Repertory Ballet on December 19-21; and a New Year’s Eve tradition at State Theatre, Salute to Vienna New Year’s Concert on December 31. Sarah Brightman: A Winter Symphony on November 30 will also be part of this special holiday sale.
The Christmas in July Sale gives ticket buyers to these holiday shows the chance to get their holiday shopping done early, share the joy of live entertainment with their family and friends, and save 20% off! The sale runs July 11 through July 31 at 11:59pm. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be combined.

After major renovations, State Theatre New Jersey celebrated its 100th Anniversary in December 2021 in a fully renovated theater. Originally built as a silent film and vaudeville palace, State Theatre’s historic significance was honored by PBS by featuring it in its documentary series, Treasures of New Jersey, in the fall of 2018. Today, State Theatre is the largest performing arts center in Central New Jersey and has welcomed more than six million people through its doors since reopening as a nonprofit performing arts center in 1988. State Theatre New Jersey is a cornerstone of the cultural vitality of Middlesex County and averages a total economic impact on New Brunswick and the surrounding area of more than $18 million a year. The mainstage programs have featured high-caliber artists such as Diana Ross, Tom Jones, Kevin Hart, Ringo Starr, Melissa Etheridge, John Leguizamo, Harry Connick, Jr., Diana Krall, and Crosby, Stills & Nash. Program offerings include Broadway, orchestra, family, dance, comedy, rock/pop, jazz, Performances for Schools, and Sensory-Friendly Performances.
