Vitamin String Quartet & Girl Named Tom: The Crazy Ordinary World Tour

Thursday, October 15, 2026 @ 8:00pm

Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC)
100 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960

The world-renowned ensemble Vitamin String Quartet joins forces with the captivating harmonies of acclaimed vocal trio Girl Named Tom to bring their genre-defying arrangements to stages across the U.S. Known for transforming pop and rock anthems into virtuosic instrumentals, and fresh off Season 4 in Netflix’s hit series Bridgerton, VSQ will team up with Girl Named Tom, whose breathtaking harmonies and heartfelt songwriting won The Voice in 2021 and have solidified their status as one of the leading lights in new American Folk Music. Enjoy music-making at its highest level, with reimagined classics and modern hits, stunning performances, and unforgettable collaborative moments.

Vitamin String Quartet (VSQ) is one of the most popular string ensembles in the world.  Erasing the boundaries between classical, dance, hip-hop and pop, VSQ performs spellbinding renditions of everything from Billie Eilish to BTS, Taylor Swift to The Weeknd, and Danny Elfman to Daft Punk.  Praised by the likes of BuzzfeedThe New York TimesConsequence of SoundNerdist and more, VSQ has garnered over 2 billion streams and numerous Billboard chartings since its inception.  VSQ can also be heard in numerous hit shows, including Netflix’s Bridgerton, HBO’s Westworld, and ABC’s Modern Family.

Siblings Bekah, Caleb, and Joshua Liechty grew up making music together but officially formed Girl Named Tom in 2019, hitting the road with a self-funded tour and their debut EP, Another World. Their tight harmonies and heartfelt songwriting captivated audiences, leading them to make history as the only group to win NBC’s The Voice.

Since then, the trio has sold over 100,000 tickets across 40 states, headlined nationwide tours, and performed at the Grand Ole Opry, the Indianapolis 500, and on The Ellen Show. They’ve shared the stage with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, Kelsea Ballerini, Lady A, and Pentatonix, but their signature sound remains unmistakably their own—fusing folk, pop, and sibling magic to create music that moves the soul.

Girl Named Tom’s latest album, Dust to Dust, rose into the Top 10 of the iTunes charts, propelling the trio to an All-Star appearance on The Voice, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and a nationwide tour.

Rock On! This Week's Sound Bites... 07/09/2026

"Very well; and you? We're hoping you can come to The Lizzie Rose on Friday July 31; come as our guest, come enjoy the racket, it's a wonderful room to play," laughed the always jovial Conrad Warre of the Boston based blues/rock band Bees Deluxe as he discussed that upcoming Tuckerton show, their stop at Jamey's House of Music, their upcoming new record, the International Blues Challenge and more.

Frank Hanavan: "Natural & Plus"

Frank Hanavan's Hoboken is wet. In his streetscapes, surfaces glisten. The sky is rarely glowering, but it does seem full; ready to have something to say, or wrapping up something that it is busy saying. The canopy of foliage that hangs over the streetcorners feels saturated with moisture. Even the shadows on the sidewalk are puddle blue. Businesses have their umbrellas open. A few people do, too.
