Ocean Casino Resort presents Danzig

(ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Danzig, the American heavy metal band led by former Samhain and Misfits singer Glenn Danzig, takes the stage at Ocean Casino Resort's Ovation Hall on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Showtime is 8:00pm.

Danzig has formed the backbone of today's mosh movement. Known for their melodic tunes in heavy metal garb, the band has created high-tension hybrids that are still being pondered and quietly adopted throughout today's metal community. Over eight million records sold, Danzig is about to unleash a multi-media onslaught. 

In honor of the 35th anniversary of the band’s 1988 self-titled debut album, Danzig hits the road with stacked support from Behemoth, Twin Temple and Midnight.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 2 at 10:00am.

Spanning over 20 beachfront acres on the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, Ocean Casino Resort, named "Best Casino" by Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of Philly 2021" awards, features 1,399 guest rooms and suites; 135,000 square feet of gaming entertainment; 1,720 slot machines; 108 gaming tables; 160,000 square feet of meeting and convention space; 90,000 square feet of unique outdoor space; 4 upscale dining restaurants; 11 casual dining options; a 40,000 square foot spa; 6 signature day and nightlife experiences; and a 4,500-seat concert venue.

All That Jazz In June

Axelrod PAC presents The Joni Project and Magical Mystery Doors

(DEAL PARK, NJ) -- Axelrod Performing Arts Center has a pair of great shows coming up in April. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Joni Mitchell's 1974 album Court and Spark, The Joni Project will perform the album in its entirety, along with a selection of other Joni favorites, on Saturday, April 20 at 8:00pm. The following week, Magical Mystery Doors will perform classics from The Beatles, The Doors and Led Zeppelin on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 8:00pm.
