Founder of The Jersey Pops Orchestra releases Christmas Album

Published by New Jersey Stage

originally published: 10/29/2026

(CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, NJ) -- Cape May County's own Linda Gentille — founder and conductor of The Jersey Shore Pops orchestra and Comedy Piano Entertainer and former child protégé of Liberace — has released A Gentille Christmas, sixteen beloved holiday classics performed at the piano, including Carol of the Bells, O Holy Night, Silent Night, Ave Maria, and White Christmas.

Recorded with the warmth of her live performances, the album moves from a joyful Jingle Bells and Deck the Halls to the reverent O Little Town of Bethlehem, The First Noel, and Hark! The Herald Angels Sing — music for trimming the tree, wrapping gifts, and quiet December evenings by the sea.

"Christmas is my favorite season," Gentille says. "I recorded these songs the way I play them at home, for family — straight from the heart."

The album is available now on Bandcamp — $9.99 for the digital album, $1.50 per track, or an autographed CD for $25 — and on Apple Music worldwide.

You can hear her live on Saturday, December 5 at 3:00pm, when Linda Gentille & The Jersey Shore Pops presents Bocelli Christmas at the Middle Township Performing Arts Center in Cape May Court House, starring Isabel Commandeur, with special guest Ron Baker. Tickets are available for purchase online or by calling 609-628-4544.
