(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- Stress Factory Comedy Club presents New Jersey native Bill Bellamy from October 1-3, 2026. Using his experiences growing up in Newark, Bellamy started doing stand-up while he was a student at Rutgers University.
Bellamy quickly discovered how much he enjoyed making people laugh and began honing his skills at small comedy clubs around the country and was soon making waves in the New York clubs like The Improv, The Comic Strip, and at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
In less than two years of launching his stand-up career, Bellamy earned a spot on HBO’s DEF COMEDY JAM where he notoriously coined the phrase “Booty Call.” The now famous late-night rendez-vous moniker became the name for his first comedy special for Showtime; “Booty Call” and it was instantly one of the network’s top-rated specials.
Performances take place Thursday, October 1 at 7:30pm; Friday, October 2 at 7:00pm & 9:30pm; and Saturday, October 3 at 7:00pm & 9:30pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. The venue is located at 90 Church Street in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The 45th Bi-Annual New Jersey Film Festival will be taking place between September 4-October 4, 2026. The Festival will be a hybrid as we will be presenting it online as well as doing select in-person screenings at Rutgers University.
