(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) presents The Commodores on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 7:30pm. One of the greatest Motown and R&B / funk artists of all time, The Commodores have influenced artists both young and old, and in all genres with their classic songs.
The Commodores have sold over 70 million albums worldwide; had seven #1 singles; five #1 albums; twenty Top 10 singles; and fifteen Top 10 albums. Their achievements include a Grammy Award in 1985 for "Nightshift". They have been inducted into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
Among the band's legendary hits are songs like as "Easy," "Sail On," "Brick House," "Nightshift" and "Three Times a Lady."
