(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- Blending stand-up comedy and theatrical storytelling, James Christy's I Think Not comes to the Philadelphia Fringe Festival following its premiere at New York City's Algonquin Hotel this spring. The show will be performed at the iconic National Mechanics in Old City on September 11, 12, 25 and 26, 2026.
Spend an evening eavesdropping on one man's ongoing conversation with his inner monologue. Along the way, Jim asks the big questions:
* Should you acknowledge your dead friends' birthdays on Facebook?
* How much can you drink without identifying as an alcoholic?
* Why do you love your dog more than the people in your life?
There will be no answers, character arcs, or personal growth.
The Philadelphia production is directed by award-winning theater artist Harriet Power.
Performances take place September 11, 12, 25 & 26, 2026 at National Mechanics (22 S. 3rd Street) in Philadelphia, PA. Tickets are available for purchase online.
