(BYRAM TWP, NJ) -- Wild West City is more than just a theme park. It's a living history of America.

In addition to the 1880's Dodge City-like Main Street filled with artifacts and curios, there is a chuck wagon, stagecoach, a train ride and even a bonafide saloon like you see in old western movies and TV shows. On weekends you may see calvary soldiers, Civil War encampments, and always, horse-riding cowboys and cowgirls.

Wild West City, located in a picturesque setting in Byram Township in Sussex County, opens for the season on weekends starting May 2-3 and then is open daily beginning July 2, 2026. Visit the website for a complete schedule.

When you roam the main street of Wild West City you may meet up with the Town Marshal, Doc Holliday, Billy the Kid or one of many other figures from the old west, good guys and bad. Perhaps even Miss Kitty from Gunsmoke!

Wild West City kicks off its Spring Bonanza season with an array of mini skits, interactive shows, and plenty of its marquee seasonal favorites longtime fans remember fondly.
