(SOUTH ORANGE, NJ) -- Sixpence None the Richer is "coming out swinging" for their first tour in nearly two decades. "O'Night Divine: A Sixpence Christmas" is an evening of Christmas classics delivered in the band's distinctive blend of indie-rock guitars and dynamic vocals. The tour comes to South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 7:30pm.
Audiences will be treated to music from the expansive catalogue of Christmas recordings, and a few surprises along the way. With Leigh Nash’s unmistakable vocals and Matt Slocum’s intricate guitar work at the forefront, this iconic duo is back with renewed energy, fresh music, and the timeless magic that made “Kiss Me” a global phenomenon with over 1B Spotify streams and triple platinum certification.
Best known for chart-toppers like “Kiss Me” (No. 2 on Billboard Hot 100, top-10 in 16 countries), “There She Goes,” and “Don’t Dream It’s Over,” Sixpence’s songs continue to captivate new generations through TikTok, film soundtracks, and constant radio play.
Tickets range from $54.50 - $76.50 and are available for purchase online. South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) is located at One SOPAC Way in South Orange, New Jersey.
Christmas Classics & Holiday Spirit: This is an evening of holiday spirit to share in with friends and family. As Nash puts it, “We’re not interested in just cashing in on the past,” while Slocum adds they’re “trying to find the balance of experimenting and pushing our limits while still satisfying the people who have loved our music all these years.”
Grammy-Nominated Artistry: With two Grammy nominations, multiple Dove Awards, and accolades from Billboard and Young Hollywood Awards, the band has proven their lasting impact on both alt rock and mainstream culture.
SOPAC is proud to be part of the South Orange-Maplewood community and to be supported by the arts-centric Township of South Orange Village as well as South Orange Downtown, a non-profit organization dedicated to making the business district a vibrant place to live, work, and enjoy.
The South Orange Performing Arts Center offers audiences exhilarating and diverse arts entertainment in its intimate venue, serving as the cultural heartbeat of the greater South Orange/Maplewood region and contributing to the economic and social vibrancy of its highly diverse community.
