art629 Seeks Asbury Park Themed Art for Annual Exhibit

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- art629 Gallery is looking for Asbury Park themed art for its annual "Greetings from Asbury Park" exhibit this September. The deadline for submissions is August 22, 2025 at midnight.

How to Submit Your Art:

* Send up to 5 images of your Asbury Park themed art to art629: [email protected].  Subject line: GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK SUBMISSION 2025. Deadline: August 22nd, midnight (no exceptions)

* Make sure images are labeled with: Name, title, size, medium, price (take into consideration 40% gallery commission)

* All work must be framed or have edges painted and be wired for hanging. All media welcome! No size limits.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Art must be dropped off on Thursday, September 4th between 5:00pm-8:00pm or Friday,  September 5th between 10:00am-1:00pm

​The opening reception will be Saturday, September 20th from 7:00pm-9:30pm

The show will be on display for Sea Hear Now weekend starting Friday, September 12th and will end Sunday, November 16

Unsold art must be picked up Monday, November 17th or Tuesday, November 18th

art629 Gallery is located at 629 Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey.  It is a gallery dedicated to the exhibition of fine contemporary art and their objective is to give all artists a voice. They believe in the power of art to connect people and ideas, and they strive to bring new perspectives to the region. At art629, they provide a space for artists to create and explore their passion through painting classes, life drawing, and private art lessons.
