Cameron Knight to Play Ebenezer Scrooge at McCarter Theatre this December 
(PRINCETON, NJ) -- McCarter Theatre Center has announced that Cameron Knight, a classically trained actor, director, and educator, will lead the cast as Ebenezer Scrooge in this year’s production of A Christmas Carol, adapted and directed by Lauren Keating. Jersey City Jazz Week Leads Up to 12th Annual Jersey City Jazz Festival 
(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- The 12th annual Jersey City Jazz Festival, produced by the non-profit organization Riverview Jazz and presented by Exchange Place Alliance, will host hundreds of musicians on Friday, May 30 beginning at 6:00pm and Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Exchange Place plaza on the Hudson River waterfront from noon to 9:00pm. The festival is a free event with one ticketed stage (Clubhouse by Fords Gin) and VIP options.
Spend Your Summer Grooving at the Perkins Center for the Arts Lawn Chair Concerts 
The Perkins Center for the Arts will continue its 48-year tradition of music, art, and community building by presenting its "Lawn Chair" concert series at its beautiful flagship location in Moorestown, NJ. This series of nine free concerts, happening every Monday night throughout most of the Summer, will have you and your family moving and grooving to an amazing range of music spanning many decades of pop, rock, big band, classics, and much more. Every show begins at 6:30 pm with a kids-oriented performer to help the little ones get in their groove, and the bands begin to take you on their musical journeys at 7:15 pm. All shows are free to attend; just bring your favorite lawn chair and enjoy.
2025 Horizon Sounds of the City at NJPAC 
(NEWARK, NJ) -- For almost 30 years, Horizon Sounds of the City has attracted thousands of fans to New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)'s Chambers Plaza for Newark's largest outdoor dance party.
