(PARAMUS, NJ) -- Noted children's book author and Bergen County resident Danielle Sherman-Lazar will be the special guest at the 2025 Bergen Women's Health Experience, taking place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at The Terrace at Biaggio's in Paramus, NJ. Sherman-Lazar will be signing copies of her newly released book, Mothers Are Made: How One Mom Overcame Perfectionism, Self-Doubt, Loneliness and Anxiety and Became a Better and Happier Parent. The event runs from 5:30pm–8:30pm.
The Bergen Women’s Health Experience is an empowering and engaging event focused on women’s health and wellness. Attendees will hear from leading healthcare professionals during a series of informative presentations:
* “Menopausal Health and the Benefits of Integrative Medicine in Providing Relief from Symptoms” - Madouna Hanna, DO – Bergen New Bridge Medical Center
* “Health and Aging: Conversations from the Heart” - Tori Weil, MSOL – Christian Health
* “Early Detection: Understanding Breast and Gynecological Cancers” - Christy Morrissey, MD – Valley Health System
The event also features an interactive exhibit hour with local health, wellness, and fitness businesses, a buffet dinner, a chair yoga demonstration from Fountain Fitness Center in Ramsey, and an exciting raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit four local nonprofits: Spring Lake Hope Foundation, Healing the Children, The Arnold P. Gold Foundation, and the Ridgewood YMCA.
