Saturday, July 1, 2023 - The Vogel presents Emily Grove's Joni Jam: A Tribute to Joni Mitchell. (RED BANK, NJ) -- On the heels of Joni Mitchell's first public performance in more than two decades comes Emily Grove's Joni Jam - A Tribute to Joni Mitchell, which celebrates and brings to life the rich and diverse music of the great Joni Mitchell in a way that only Emily and her uniquely talented musical friends can. The show comes to The Vogel on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 7:30pm.

Sunday, July 2, 2023 - Tori Amos to Perform at Count Basie Center for the Arts. Trailblazing musician, author and activist Tori Amos has announced a US tour this summer to continue celebration of her highly acclaimed 2021 album, Ocean to Ocean. Following a sold-out World Tour throughout 2022, Tori will once again be performing with long-time collaborator bassist Jon Evans and renowned UK drummer Ash Soan, with special guest support to be announced. She will also be making stops at venues like The Greek Theater in Los Angeles, Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, and a special stop at Wolf Trap in Virginia, where Amos grew up attending shows.  On Sunday, July 2nd, she will perform at Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, NJ.

Tuesday, June 27, 2023 - New Jersey Symphony to Perform Free Outdoor Concert at Ocean County College. (TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Ocean County College welcomes back a summer tradition with an outdoor concert performed by the New Jersey Symphony on Tuesday, June 27 at 8:00pm on OCC's main campus in Toms River. The family-friendly program, sponsored by the Ocean County College Foundation, is open to the public; admission and parking are free of charge.

Tuesday, June 27, 2023 - Marvel at Paper Cutting Mastery at the Ocean County Library Long Beach Island Branch. (SURF CITY, NJ) -- Without sketching, in the wink of an eye, Hou-Tien Cheng takes ordinary paper and cuts it into images that spark the imagination. The Ocean County Library is pleased to present his Master paper cutting demonstration on Tuesday, June 27 at 2:00pm.

Thursday, June 29, 2023 - Martin Barre with Dan Crisp to present A Brief History of Tull at The Newton Theatre. (NEWTON, NJ) -- Jethro Tull's Martin Barre with Dan Crisp present A Brief History of Tull at The Newton Theatre on Thursday, June 29, 2023. Martin celebrates the musical journey of Jethro Tull throughout the decades with his new show that features a special visual presentation that, together with the music, highlights the 50 years of Jethro Tull musical career. Showtime is 8:00pm.

Thursday, June 29, 2023 - The Art Alliance of Monmouth County presents "Surreal Sculptures" by Bernardo Corman. (RED BANK, NJ) -- The Art Alliance of Monmouth County presents "Surreal Sculptures" by Bernardo Corman from June 29th - July 19th. Bernardo's Surrealist sculptures are tinged with Magical Realism. Some are whimsical and others are serious, but they share Bernardo's love of merging the clever engineering skills of Man with those of Nature. These juxtapositions have always complemented rather than opposed one another.

Thursday, June 29, 2023 - "3 Voyages While Standing Still" by Carol J. Cohn on Display in Montclair. (MONTCLAIR, NJ) -- Carol J. Cohn will have an exhibit entitled "3 Voyages While Standing Still" on display from June 29 through September 7, 2023 at Academy Square Gallery in Montclair. The exhibit features three Collections of Work: Pieces of Nature, Fairy Tales and Reflections. It was curated by Mary Z. A portion of sales will benefit Studio Montclair.

Friday, June 30, 2023 - Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes to Perform at Sherman Theater. (STROUDSBURG, PA) -- The legendary Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes bring their Jersey Shore rock and R&B sounds to the Sherman Theater stage on Friday, June 30, 2023. Friday, June 30, 2023 - Howell PAL Theater Company to present "West Side Story". (LAKEWOOD, NJ) -- The Howell PAL Theater Company presents their 2023 production, West Side Story, at the Strand Center for the Arts in Lakewood on Friday, June 30th and Saturday, July 1st. From the first notes to the final breath, West Side Story is one of the most memorable musicals and greatest love stories of all time. The book and score are written by Arthur Laurents, Stephen Sondheim, and Leonard Bernstein widely regarded as one of the best ever written, with original direction and choreography by the world-renowned Jerome Robbins.

Saturday, July 1, 2023 - James Allen Anderson to Make Debut as Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey's Music Director. (WESTAMPTON, NJ) -- The Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey will perform a free outdoor concert at the Burlington County Amphitheater on Saturday, July 1st. As part of Burlington County's summer concert series, this event promises an unforgettable evening of patriotic music, featuring the debut performance of the orchestra's new Music Director, James Allen Anderson.
