
(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- Michael Kline, Producer of the Worldwide Logistics Group Exit Zero Jazz Festival, has announced the complete musical lineup set to perform on the outdoor Main Venue at Exit Zero Ferry Park and the bars/ restaurants of Cape May. After mounting reduced capacity festivals with Covid-19 protocols in place in October of 2020 and April of 2021, Exit Zero Jazz comes roaring back with what Festival Producer Michael Kline described as "our most ambitious Festival to date." The festival takes place May 13-15, 2022.
Headliners performing on the 2 Main Stages of the Exit Zero Ferry Park venue include a who's who of NEA Jazz Masters, Grammy Award Winners, chart toppers and emerging artists all of whom defy musical and cultural categories: NEA Jazz Master Charles Lloyd Quartet; 10-Time Grammy Award winner Arturo Sandoval; 2 time Grammy winner Marcus Miller; Grammy winning vocalists Cecile McLorin Salvant and Kurt Elling; all female septet Artemis ; Mingus Big Band; Music Connects Artist in Residence Alphonso Horne & The Gotham Kings; Houston Person Quartet; Lakecia Benjamin & Pursuance; Melissa Aldana Quintet; Makaya McCraven; Emmet Cohen Trio; Orquesta Akokan; Keyon Harrold Quintet; The Brass Queens; Brassville; Snacktime Philly; Mimi & The Podd Brothers, Conjunto Philadelphia; Shamarr Allen & the Underdawgs.
Kline said, “while we approach this Festival as a celebration of our tenth year, we are mindful of creating a celebratory environment all of our participants can enjoy safely. The Festival stage has always been the blast-off pad for the message of positivity, togetherness and love music delivers."
In addition to the lineup each day at Exit Zero Ferry and each night in the bars and restaurants of Cape May, Second Line Parades return to Cape May's Washington Street Mall on Friday and Saturday night.
