"I've been in show business for about 400 years, playing guitar since a teen in bands and toured a lot, pretty much all of my life. So, I've always taken photos on trips and it has gotten a little more serious on these past few tours over the years; it's like my diary in a way. It helps me remember what I've seen and there is always a story behind one of them, it's just my little snapshots of weird things I come across."




 

Makin Waves with The Cowsills: 'Musical Family'

The Cowsills, the real-life inspiration behind the hit television series "The Partridge Family," featuring teen siblings Bill, Bob, Barry, John, Susan, and Paul in tandem with mom Barbara, were one of the biggest pop acts of the late '60s. Their hits included "The Rain, the Park and Other Things," "Indian Lake," and "Hair," distinguished by their angelic harmonies and sun-kissed melodies.



Latin GRAMMY Winner Nella performs at Kean University on Saturday

(UNION, NJ) -- Kean Stage will present Latin Grammy Award Winner Nella on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 7:30pm in Enlow Recital Hall. Born in Venezuela, Nella rapidly rose to international fame thanks to her powerful voice and undeniable presence. In a short period of time, she went from graduating from Berklee College of Music to winning the 2019 Latin GRAMMY® Award for Best New Artist.

Makin Waves with James Mastro: 'The Passenger'

Best known as a world-touring musician, Jersey legend James Mastro shares images from his travels with a unique perspective in "The Passenger." The photography exhibit has an opening reception on Oct. 16 and is on display through Nov. 23 at 503 Social Club, a visual and performing arts space James founded in Hoboken.
