The Perkins Center for the Arts will continue its 48-year tradition of music, art, and community building by presenting its "Lawn Chair" concert series at its beautiful flagship location in Moorestown, NJ. This series of nine free concerts, happening every Monday night throughout most of the Summer, will have you and your family moving and grooving to an amazing range of music spanning many decades of pop, rock, big band, classics, and much more. Every show begins at 6:30 pm with a kids-oriented performer to help the little ones get in their groove, and the bands begin to take you on their musical journeys at 7:15 pm. All shows are free to attend; just bring your favorite lawn chair and enjoy.
(NEWARK, NJ) -- For almost 30 years, Horizon Sounds of the City has attracted thousands of fans to New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)'s Chambers Plaza for Newark's largest outdoor dance party. Each performance feels like a festival thanks to the weekly presence of food trucks, sponsor giveaways and resource tables run by healthcare organizations and Newark nonprofits.

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Léni Paquet-Morante: Extract / Abstract, an exhibition of recent works by the Hamilton, New Jersey–based painter, will be on display at the Princeton University Art Museum's ArtatBainbridge gallery from July 19 to November 9, 2025. Through a combination of process-driven imagery, abstraction, and color, Paquet-Morante's work reconfigures familiar landscape elements to capture the elusiveness of memory and dreams. Curated by Michael Quituisaca, a graduate student in Princeton’s Department of Art & Archaeology, the exhibition will showcase works by the artist across acrylic painting, ink drawing, and monoprints.

Based on the beloved book by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith, adapted by John Glore, the production brings the book's fractured fairy tales to life for kids and adults alike.
