From the Forgotten to the Fantastic: "Lost and Found (and Lost Again)" at SOPAC

(SOUTH ORANGE, NJ) -- The South Orange Performing Arts Center (SOPAC) presents Lost and Found (and Lost Again), a two-artist exhibition featuring new works by Jake Guttormsson and Rob Weiss, curated by Jeremy Moss. The exhibition will be on view from November 13, 2025, through January 18, 2026, in the Herb + Milly Iris Gallery at SOPAC.



Centenary Stage Company's Fringe Festival 2025 presents "My Italy Story"

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Centenary Stage Company's Fringe Festival 2025 continues with My Italy Story written and performed by Joseph Gallo. Spurred by visits from his grandmother's ghost and by pleas from his cousin Louie to help get the family back together, Thomas DaGato quits his job as a New York account executive, and travels to the tiny Italian village of his ancestors - Vallata. It's not until he comes home, however, that he discovers a secret that unlocks his past. Performances take place from November 20-23, 2025.

Artists have been rebelling against the frame for a long time. Painters put borders around their pictures and are immediately filled with an overwhelming urge to shatter them. Never mind that it is the artist herself who imposes the limits. Her images push hard against the lines that confine them anyway. Sometimes the pot boils over and the work spills over the frame and into the white space beyond, or drips down the edges and on to the walls.

Art629 hosts "UnCensored" - An Interactive Art and Poetry Event

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- On November 21-22, 2025 from 6:00pm-8:00pm each night, art629 will host a 2 night pop-up event titled "UNCENSORED" responding to the growing climate of censorship and cultural suppression in the United States. This event is free and open to the public. The artwork will be on display until November 30th.



Princeton Symphony Orchestra presents Holiday Brass Chamber Concert at Trinity

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) presents members of the orchestra in a special Holiday Brass concert, the second installment of its Chamber Series at Trinity, on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 7:00pm. The performance includes traditional holiday selections arranged for brass quintet with popular tunes by Albert Hague, Vince Guaraldi, Sammy Kahn, Johnny Marks, and Leroy Anderson.



Helen O'Shea & Liam Ó'Maonlaí (Hothouse Flowers) Join Forces For 'Caged Birds'

Limerick-born, New-Jersey based roots artist Helen O'Shea will release new single 'Caged Birds' on November 21, 2025, featuring acclaimed artist and songwriter Liam Ó'Maonlaí of Hothouse Flowers. The single is the fourth release from her upcoming album Songs In The Key of O, which pays homage to Sinéad O'Connor and Dolores O'Riordan (The Cranberries), and is due for release on March 6th, 2026.

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum. State Theatre New Jersey presents The Sound Studio Series 2026
