Centenary Stage Company to Hold EPA Call for "The Ladykillers"

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Centenary Stage Company will be holding an EPA call for their upcoming production of The Ladykillers by Graham Linehan. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 10:00am-7:00pm. To schedule an appointment, call the Centenary Stage Company box office at (908) 979-0900. Walk-ins will be seen as time permits. Auditions will be in the Lackland Performing Arts Center of the Centenary University campus at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ.

Dave Pirner and Ryan Smith of Soul Asylum to Play Newton Theatre

(NEWTON, NJ) -- Kicking off on February 2nd, Dave Pirner and Ryan Smith of Soul Asylum will be on the road for a string of acoustic dates performing stripped-down versions of their classics and new songs. These intimate shows will be filled with music, storytelling, and likely many of Pirner’s dad jokes. Living Colour frontman Corey Glover will be opening the shows. The tour comes to The Newton Theatre on Saturday, February 4, 2023.



Mercer County Symphonic Band Brightens the Holidays with Free Livestream Winter Concert Dec. 21

(WEST WINDSOR, NJ) -- Mercer County Community College’s (MCCC’s) esteemed Mercer County Symphonic Band will perform a Winter Holiday Concert December 21 at 7:30pm at Kelsey Theatre on the College's West Windsor campus. (PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- More than 20 years ago, New York's Z100, the most listened to pop radio station in the country, introduced Jingle Ball—a holiday concert with the year's top artists performing their #1 hits. The show quickly became the most anticipated holiday tradition with tickets selling out in minutes. Jingle Ball has since grown into a globally-recognized phenomenon-now a sold-out multi-city national tour-and a must-stop appearance for the world's biggest artists to get face-to-face with thousands of their most passionate fans. The tour came to the Wells Fargo Center in Philadephia on December 12th and photographer Jennifer Petrics was on hand to take photos of the performers as they walked the red carpet.

(MONTCLAIR, NJ) -- This spring, Montclair State University Galleries will open two new exhibitions on January 31, 2023: Caroline Garcia’s Dancing on Axes and Spears in the Segal Gallery and Case Studies 2: Justin Cloud – The Garden in the Kasser Theater lobby, on view through April 21, 2023, and July 31, 2023, respectively. The exhibitions are curated by Jesse Bandler Firestone, Curator and Exhibition Coordinator.

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum.
