(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Registration for Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC)'s fall Performing Arts Classes has begun. Classes begin the week of September 18, 2023 and run for 14 weeks. Classes will be offered for children as young as three through adult. Classes include musical theatre, acting, improv, audition technique, private voice lessons, and The Miracle Project, MPAC’s program for children on the autism spectrum and with special needs.

(RED BANK, NJ) -- The Indie Street Film Festival is hosting a fundraiser for the non-profit Indie Street Institute on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Triump Brewery (1 Bridge Avenue) in Red Bank. They will be raffling off a spot to a Costa Rica screenwriting retreat lead by Oscar winner (and NJ native) David Rabinowitz. The retreat is scheduled for March 20-25, 2024 at Toji Nature Retreat and is a $2,500 value. Filmmakers and aspiring writers are invited to attend. The event takes place at 7:00pm.
