HACPAC presents Dinosaurs Dynamite!

originally published: 12/16/2023

(HACKENSACK, NJ) -- Vicious velociraptors, adorable baby dinosaurs and a living, breathing and roaring T-Rex will take over the Hackensack Performing Arts Center (HACPAC) for three performances taking place on Tuesday, December 26 and Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

Dinosaurs Dynamite! is a family musical that will take children back in time and around the world for an unforgettable adventure hosted by Dinosaur Troubadour, Kira Redzinak and featuring the puppetry of Chris Palmieri, most recently in the off-Broadway run of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh as Tigger.  Performance times are Tuesday, December 26 at 2:00pm and Wednesday, December 27 at 11:00am & 2:00pm.

Written by Field Station: Dinosaurs Executive Producer and New Jersey stage veteran, Guy Gsell, with songs by Gsell, Ken Schwartz and Jumpin’ Jamie, Dinosaurs Dynamite is a 75-minute double feature, live show starting with the new T-Rex Getaway. The Dinosaur Troubadour and the singing paleontologists are ready to shake, rattle, and roll by introducing New Jersey families to their most surprising next-door neighbors – the Dinosaurs! Then HACPAC will be transformed into a mesmerizing glow-in-the-dark puppet theater where the audience will take flight with the dinosaur daredevil – the bravest dinosaur of all.

Tickets for Dinosaurs Dynamite are available for purchase online or at the HACPAC box office. Seating is limited; Field Station: Dinosaurs recommends buying tickets in advance.

The Hackensack Performing Arts Center is located at 102 State Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.
